Regal Construction operates two distinct divisions: a major contracts unit and a small contracts unit.
MAJOR CONTRACTS UNIT
Major Contracts unit undertakes works from £50,000 up to around £5,000,000 – 7,000,000 we build Offices, multi-unit housing, apartments, schools we even built the prison from scratch, in cooperation with other companies we built the new Police Headquarters and we have not only built a multi storey car park we have even extended one.
We have carried our significant works in the tourism sector including building and extending and refurbishing hotels as well as building restaurants and commercial kitchens. We have much experience in the construction of and using traditional and modern techniques.
SMALL CONTRACTS UNIT
Our small contract department deals with minor works almost from £100 up to around £50,000.
This unit deals with works including home extensions, bathroom alterations, insurance remedial works, and dilapidations at end of lease works and repairing garden walls and storm repairs right down to installing an extract fan in a WC.
These works make our relationships with our specialist sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians especially useful and makes us a one stop shop with no job too big or too small.
