Regal Construction is a family business, it was established in 1947 by Alf Regal, and we continue to be a family run company. We value our relationships with our customers, many of whom we have worked with for 50 years or more.

We operate from our own premises at Haut Bois, St Lawrence, a site we have occupied since the 1950s. As the Company has grown and our requirements have changed we have expanded the site utilising current and developing technologies to help manage information flow and storage as well as adhering to the need for confidentiality of our client information.

We rebuilt our offices and stores from scratch in 2001 in order to provide a state of the art facility suitable for the changing needs in information technology of the 21st Century.


Stephen Regal

Managing Director

Stephen Regal is the younger son of the Late Alfred Regal who formed the company in 1947.

Upon Alfred's retirement in 1982 this was undertaken by both the late David Regal, Stephen’s older brother, and Stephen (who joined in 1965). Stephen remains very much hands on.

Sophie Lopez Rubio

Finance Director

Sophie Lopez Rubio joined us as a School Leaver in 1996. She has been trained both within the company and externally.

She was promoted to Finance Director in 2016 and is the firm guardian of the company's finances. Sophie is assisted by Annabel Brass in ensuring that our accounts are always up to date.

Russell Ball

Surveying Director

Russell joined us following a successful career on both sides of the contracting fence, working both for Contractors and client teams.

He looks after, not only the surveying aspect of our works, but also works hand in hand with the contracts team to ensure that we provide a service that is friendly and accurate to all of our customers.

Lee, Harry & Chelsea

Contracts Team

Our Two contracts managers, Lee Herbert and Harry Rondel, are assisted by Chelsea Houston. They are responsible for the off-site management of the contracts. They liaise with the site manager teams and clients alike to ensure that we try to get it right first time.

Chelsea is a our Trainee Quantity Surveyor - she is currently attending Highlands College on a day release course in order to obtain her degree. She helps to ensure that our clients are retained in the loop in respect of costs.


Site Teams

Most of our site teams are our own direct employees thus ensuring that from site management down to final fix we have the in-house skills and a reliable honest team of workers ready to assist in your new construction projects.

When we do need to employ specialist sub-contractors for a project we use teams with whom we have long established relationships in order to help maintain the in-house feel we pride ourselves upon.
