This redevelopment of a grade 4 listed farmhouse and outbuildings into 8 dwellings, including new infrastructure, access roads, courtyard paving and external works. The existing buildings were of an extremely dilapidated state and was delivered on a design and build contract basis.
This project included the use of many traditional building skills including stone masonry, hardwood joinery, zinc rainwater, specialist conservation rooflights, leadwork and cobbling.
