PROJECT 5 - College Gardens
This project is of a significant value; a mixture of new build and refurbishment consisting of 9 phases, façade repairs and all within a live environment involving high profile key stakeholders.
Block 6 involved the refurbishment of the existing building – a completely new lining structure within the existing walls, new roof and designed M&E installations. The surrounding environment was crowded and complex with many different stakeholders.
The project was programmed in a 5 flat cycle producing a snag free project handed back in phases. Block 6 was handed back in sections to allow occupation by the client.
