PROJECT 1 - States of Jersey Police Headquarters

Construction of the new States of Jersey Police Headquarters at Green Street Car Park, St Helier.
Built as a joint venture with another local contractor, RokRegal delivered this prestigious and sensitive project within budget and on programme.
As part of the project, RokRegal added an additional floor to Green Street multi-storey car park which was operational throughout the project.

PROJECT 2: Kensington Gate Multi-storey Car Park

The Kensington Gate Multi-storey Car Park project included the removal of existing tanks and pumping equipment, remediation of contaminated grounds and construction of the reinforced concrete structure, Fuel Station and shop, 257 parking spaces, separate offices and 5 garages.
Programming and site housekeeping were of particular importance on this project due to the entire site being in the footprint of the new building and very busy adjacent roads and footways.

PROJECT 3: Les Quennevais School

Provision of new secondary school in St Brelades. Works include a new sports hall, athletics track, 3G pitch and netball courts.

PROJECT 4 - Beaumont Business Park

Beaumont Business park units consisted of a steel structure installed with cladding to the external walls and roof with the external envelope having to receive monodraughts, external doors and windows which were all retro fitted into the cladding following the cladding installation (had to be managed closely from a health and safety aspect).

PROJECT 5 - College Gardens

This project is of a significant value; a mixture of new build and refurbishment consisting of 9 phases, façade repairs and all within a live environment involving high profile key stakeholders.
Block 6 involved the refurbishment of the existing building – a completely new lining structure within the existing walls, new roof and designed M&E installations. The surrounding environment was crowded and complex with many different stakeholders.
The project was programmed in a 5 flat cycle producing a snag free project handed back in phases. Block 6 was handed back in sections to allow occupation by the client.
