REDEVELOPMENT OF 8 HOUSES
This redevelopment of a grade 4 listed farmhouse and outbuildings into 8 dwellings, including new infrastructure, access roads, courtyard paving and external works. The existing buildings were of an extremely dilapidated state and was delivered on a design and build contract basis.
This project included the use of many traditional building skills including stone masonry, hardwood joinery, zinc rainwater, specialist conservation rooflights, leadwork and cobbling.
NICOLLE TOWER
We provided complete maintenance for this Landmark property.
The iconic building needed a new track and safe means of access due to its unique location.
Regal delivered all civil works required so the property can be accessed by any type of vehicle.
SUTHERLAND HOUSE
This project’s remit was to fully replace the roof and associated gutters and fascias. This to be followed with a full top to bottom décor. The original roof was a zinc covering that had come to the end of its life. By removing this we then had an opportunity to upgrade the new roof and U Value significantly by using modern advancements in insulation.
We replaced the old slates with new and the crown of the roof with a completely new cascading Leadwork. Once completed, we had to manufacture brand new oversized gutters to match the existing and new fascia boards.Finally , a full power wash and new exterior paint including the louve.
LA COMMUNE
Regal has done all maintenance work to these properties.
This includes all carpentry, masonry and leadwork when required including any structural improvements.
PRIVATE HOUSE IN QUAISNE
Total refurbishment of a private residence, including multiple extensions, replacement roof structure and coverings, total internal refurbishment, drainage and infrastructure, new pool and external landscaping and planting.
